How do I create an account?
To create an account, please visit the registration page on our website. You need to enter a valid email address and create a password. Once completed, you will receive an email to verify you account.
How can I make changes to my account?
You can access your information at any time by logging into your Bright Diamond account. From this page, you can view the account details, order history, and track order along with the date, confirmation number, status, and total cost.
I'm having trouble logging into my account.
If you're having trouble logging into your account, please visit our login page and follow the instructions to reset your password. Please click on a button marked "Forgot Password". You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your account. After that, you'll receive a separate link sent to this email with instructions to reset your password.
How does the referral program work?
The refer-a-friend program allows you to share a code with friends for $30 off their first order of $100 or more. In return, you will receive $30 off your next purchase of $100 or more. After placing your first order, you will see a pop-up on your order confirmation page. Click through the prompts to send your code by email or via a direct link to your friend. Once they place their first order, you will receive your code for a future purchase.
