Tracking information on your order will become available one business days after it has been placed. You will receive an email to notify you once your order has been shipped with a link to track your order through the carrier. Please note tracking links can take 24 hours to update with an estimated delivery date from the time they are sent. You can also track your order directly through our website from the Track my Order page.

No worries at all. This is very common. Please be sure to check your front door / porch area, your mailbox, family members / neighbors, and especially any front desk / administration office in your residence (especially in apartment complexes).

Please allow a full two days after the claimed delivery date to give a chance for the package to arrive. If the package has not arrived, please contact your local post office to see if it may have accidentally been delivered elsewhere, or held at their center.

If we deem a package to be lost or missing, a re-shipment can only be shipped as exact duplicates of your original order, and cannot be modified.

Regrettably, we cannot make changes to your order IF we already shipped the package. If we have not shipped it yet, please contact our Customer Love Team immediately by sending an email to Support@BrightDiamond.us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot make any guarantees.

If a package is refused, or an incorrect address was provided, this will make the carrier unable to complete their delivery properly. We recommend contacting your shipping carrier immediately before it gets sent back to us. In most cases, the package will make its way back to our facility. If our team deems this failed delivery at the fault of the customer (incorrect address provided, inability to contact the carrier, etc.) Bright Diamond may request the cost of re-shipping the package. If a refund is issued, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your total refund.

If the failed delivery is not at fault of the customer, the Bright Diamond Support Team may re-ship the package or issue a full refund.

We are unable to cancel orders or make any changes after an order is placed. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so we can get your jewelry to you as soon as possible.

To ensure a quick response, please include the following in your email: 

  1. Your full name and order number
  2. A photo of the defective/wrong item you received (not applicable if you are missing an item from your order)
  3. Your current shipping address

Please keep in mind that very small items commonly shift during transit, and often end up at the bottom of a package, often underneath the complimentary materials inside your package. Please be sure to check everywhere before sending an email.
